How are the individual tests structured?

Aon's tests are designed to be clear and easy to follow. Here's how they are structured:

  • Initial Introduction: When you begin, you'll receive a brief introduction that will outline the exercises in the test.
  • Interactive Sequence: You'll then go through an interactive sequence that will explain the exercises in detail and show examples of the actions you'll need to take.
  • Example Exercises: You'll complete a few example exercises to make sure you have a good understanding of the dynamics. You can take your time at this stage, as there is no time limit.
  • Test Summary: After the examples, you'll see a summary that will go over the key points of the process.
  • Starting the Actual Test: When the actual test begins, there will be a time limit. The test will automatically close when the time runs out. However, personality quizzes typically do not have a time limit.
