What happens after the Online Assessment?

Once you've completed all the tests, all that's left to do is wait. The company you applied to will contact you to provide feedback on your performance and explain the next steps in the process. How are online assessments evaluated?

• Performance tests: Performance assessments typically assign points for each correct answer, and in some cases, points are deducted for incorrect answers. At the end of the test, a total score is calculated that represents your final result.
• Personality questionnaires: There are no right or wrong answers in personality questionnaires. These tests collect information about how you describe yourself in relation to different personality dimensions. The aim is to assess whether your personality profile fits with the position and the company culture.

Will I receive feedback?

Each test generates a feedback report that provides a detailed explanation of your results. Ideally, the company you applied to will provide you with access to a general report so you can gain a deeper understanding of your performance.
