For cognitive ability tests, points are assigned for each correct response or action, and in some cases, points may be deducted for incorrect responses. At the end of the test, the points obtained are added up to calculate the final result.
In the case of personality questionnaires, there are no right or wrong answers. These tests collect your own descriptions in relation to different dimensions of your personality. The objective is not to evaluate performance, but to determine whether your personality profile fits the position and the company culture.
