What happens to my data?

The most important thing is that your data remains yours. Any company you apply to can only use your data for the recruitment process and never for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

Every company handles data differently, so it is essential that you inform yourself about how they will handle your data when you receive the invitation for the online assessment. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to ask the company directly about their data protection policy and the destination of your information.

In general, test results, along with some personal data such as your name and email, are stored in a database during the recruitment process. This database is usually hosted on secure servers, and access to it is restricted to a limited number of people within the company.

Some companies delete data immediately after the recruitment process is over, while others retain it for a certain period.

Aon's Assessment Solutions recommends that companies retain test results and personal data for a reasonable period of time, and then proceed to delete them. As a general rule, data stored in our systems is automatically deleted after 12 months. In addition, we work with external data protection experts who regularly monitor our databases and servers to ensure the security of your information.

Of course, you can ask the company to delete your data at any time.
