Several of the questions in the interview will seek to gain insight into your motivations for applying for the position or how you have handled difficult situations in the past. You will have plenty of time to prepare before you answer. Additionally, most interview platforms allow you to record multiple times, giving you the opportunity to present the best version of yourself.
To structure your answers effectively, use the STAR technique:
Situation: Start by describing the specific context or event you were in.
Task: Explain what your responsibility or challenge was in that situation.
Action: Detail the actions you took to address the challenge or accomplish the task.
Result: End your answer by describing the result of your actions, and include how it was perceived by others.
In some questions, you might be asked to analyze information, such as texts, graphics, or emails, or to present solutions to certain problems. Take the time to review the information carefully before answering. Please note that once you advance to the next screen, you cannot go back, although you can take notes as you analyze the information.
