System/Device Compatibility Requirements

You can use any computer, whether PC or Mac, or a smartphone or tablet, as long as it has an up-to-date browser.

Basic Requirements:

• Internet Connection: Stable Internet access with a minimum speed of 1 MB/s is required
• Up-to-date Browser: It is recommended to use browsers such as Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox, always in their most recent version.

Compatibility Checklist:

Below are the supported browser and OS combinations:

1. Chrome 45.0 or higher on Windows 8 or higher / MacOS X or higher
2. Firefox 69.0 or higher on Windows 8 or higher / MacOS X or higher
3. Safari 12.0 or higher on MacOS X 10.12 or higher
4. Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
5. Chromium Edge 79+
6. Android 4.4 or higher with Chrome or Firefox browser
7. iOS 12.0 or higher with Chrome or Firefox browser

Important:

Avoid using the "native" browsers pre-installed on mobile devices or tablets (Huawei, Samsung, etc.) as they are not supported.
