Error Message "Oops, a technical problem has occurred"

This error is usually caused by problems with the user's device, browser, or internet connection. Also, some situational quizzes contain large images, which can cause download problems if the internet connection is weak.

Suggested solutions:

  • Solution 1: Use a browser or device that meets the platform's technical requirements. You can check the "Technical Requirements" section for more details.
  • Solution 2: Try taking the test from a more stable or different internet connection.

What to do if the assessment is blocked?

In case you get a message "The test is automatically unlocked after 90 minutes", there is no need to contact us, simply wait the time and log in again with the invitation link, allowing you to log in and answer it without problems.

Before trying to take the assessment again, we recommend that you use a different browser or device that meets the requirements listed below. If you are using the same browser and device as your last attempt, the problem may occur again.

Please check that you meet the following technical requirements:

Internet Connection

A broadband connection with a download capacity of at least 1 MBs will be required.

Browser and Operating System

Supported browser and operating system combinations are:

  • Chrome 53.0 (and higher) on Windows 8 (and higher) / MacOS X (and higher).
  • Firefox 69.0 (and higher) on Windows 8 (and higher) / MacOS X (and higher).
  • Safari 12.0 (and higher) on MacOS X 10.12 (and higher).
  • Opera 36+
  • Edge on Windows 10.
  • Android 4.4 (and higher).
  • iOS 12.0 (and higher).

We recommend that you always use the most recent versions of browsers and operating systems to ensure active technical support in case of problems.

For Tablet or Cell Phone Users

If you are using an Android tablet or cell phone, use only Google Chrome or Firefox browsers; avoid using native browsers for mobile devices. If you are using an Apple cell phone or tablet, assessments may work ideally using Google Chrome or Firefox browsers. If you have problems, we recommend that you look foralternative options to complete your assessments.
