You receive the message to rotate your device

Modified on Thu, 31 Oct, 2024 at 7:57 AM

The rotation message is triggered when the device is in an incorrect orientation for the assessment. This message will appear whenever the device is not in the recommended orientation. To proceed, you can either correct the orientation of the device or tap the "Proceed in Portrait Mode" / "Proceed in Landscape Mode" button in the top right corner of the message.

Solutions if the message does not go away:

  • Solution 1: Try reducing the browser window size to that of a mobile phone. Sometimes this causes the message to go away. You can then maximise the screen again.
  • Solution 2: If you are using a laptop with a touch screen, disable the touch screen functionality as this may be interfering with proper viewing.
  • Solution 3: In some cases, clicking outside of the pop-up message (anywhere on the screen) may cause it to go away.
