"Your Connection is not Private" message when clicking on the link to the Platform

This error usually appears when you use an incorrect URL, such as "www" or "http" instead of the recommended URL. 

Resolution:

Make sure you use the correct URL that is in the invitation email and normally starts like: https://maptq.com or https://aon-assessment.com/homehub.

If you are providing the link to participants or clients, please verify that the URL is updated and sent correctly with the "https" prefix to ensure a secure connection.
