"The website cannot display the page"

"The website cannot display the page" is displayed when a participant attempts to open a review report on a participant's site.

This message may appear when a participant attempts to open a results report on the website, but did not complete the test properly. The participant may have clicked through the test quickly or let the timer run out without answering any of the subtasks. In order for the system to generate a report, at least one subtask must be completed; otherwise, no results can be calculated and this error occurs.

Solution:

Restart the test and ask the participant to complete it correctly, making sure to complete at least one subtask so that the system can generate the report.
