"The test/quiz has already been started" message

A participant receives the error message that "the test/quiz has already been started..."


This error can occur when the participant tries to open the test or quiz in a different tab. Additionally, an unstable internet connection can also generate this error message.


Solution:

  1. Log out of the platform.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  3. Restart your browser and log back in to continue with the assessment.
