When should I contact Aon Assessment and when should I contact the company?

You should contact Aon Assessment if you experience technical difficulties during your assessment that do not resolve themselves (see "Blocked" topic) or if you wish to provide relevant feedback on the content of your assessment.

For any other queries, such as deadlines, doubts about the selection process, status of your application or next steps, we recommend that you contact the company directly. They will be able to provide you with faster and more accurate responses as Aon Assessment does not have access to that information.
